Pop in the areas Local Hospital and your best bet would be to talk to the secretary they will most likely be able to Assist you.

Pharmacies that have a special health care section rent wheel chairs,usually for around $ 50 per month. Look for Pharmasave, Pharmacare, or Health Quest. Hospitals do not usually rent them, but they will be able to tell you the names of specific places where you can rent one. Check at any pharmacy in your area and they should be able to tell you where to find one. Best of luck with it.

Check with your local March Of Dimes. They have a lot of equipment for people with disabilities. My grandma got a walker from them and all they wanted was a donation. She had it for a couple of years. We returned it after her death and made another donation.
